Fraud and Right
to Withhold Commissions
The company has the right to postpone payment of affiliate commission for up to ninety (90) days if there is a suspicion of fraud or a violation of the affiliate agreement. Affiliate commission will not be given until the suspected fraudulent conduct has been thoroughly reviewed and/or investigated.

A breach and/or violation of the Affiliate Agreement occurs if the Affiliate engages in fraud, and the Company has the right to immediately terminate the Affiliate Agreement. In such case, the Affiliate will not be eligible to receive any commissions.

In addition, the Company is also allowed to reduce any commission already received by the Affiliate if the Company determines that these have been the result of a fraudulent activity.

Finally, the Company can take action against any Affiliate found to be abusing the Affiliate Program in any way, including withholding and keeping any affiliate commissions generated by the Affiliate and immediately terminating the Agreement.
